Phillip is an independent novelist with an interest in SOGIESC stories set in East and Southeast Asia. Born in Parramatta, Australia, they joined the navy at fifteen and spent their formative years visiting places “up top”. After studying in Melbourne they returned, to live in Cambodia, China, Viet Nam, and now Japan.
